Thanks for your interest in The Gathering. The Gathering 2012 took place on 29 February and 1 March. We're now planning for The Gathering 2013.

Hosting your event at The Gathering can save time spent on conference and delegate management, administration and marketing. We offer:

- Conference materials, maps, floor plans and delegate lists
- Speaker liaison, biographies, audio visual requirements
- Cross promotion and joint media work
- Conference set up and on the day delegate management
- Conference evaluation
Our themed programme helps delegates identify areas of interest quickly and easily so they can plan their visit more effectively and engage with key partners and event hosts.
There is also space in the programme for you to introduce your own theme to the 2 day event to target the people you want to reach.
