10% discount per additional stand, additional advertising on The Gathering website and an advert in the on-the-day brochure.

Event and Exhibition booking
10% discount for booking exhibition and room hire together. We will also assist you with advertising your event through various mailings, The Gathering website and TFN (Third Force News).

The Gathering offers a variety of sponsorship and promotional opportunities to organisations and companies, ranging from on-site signage and branding, to your organisation appearing in the on-the-day-brochure.

Gathering on-the-day brochure
This full colour brochure is issued to all delegates who attend The Gathering over the 2 days. The brochure contains full listings with contact details of all participating organisations, listing of events taking place and adverts from all our sponsors/supporters.
Your organisation will receive:

• Your logo and organisation name as sponsor of the brochure on the back cover
• Full-page colour advert within a prime location in the brochure
• Logo and web link on The Gathering website

Delegate bags
Used by all visitors to The Gathering to carry brochures and merchandise. These bags could be 5500 Walking Adverts for your organisation Your logo and web address will appear in colour on one side of each delegate bag, plus your logo and web link on The Gathering website.

Delegate bag inserts
There is an opportunity to get a promotional item of your choice placed in each of the 5500 delegate bags. (Please note that this opportunity is limited)
